We only process data you submit through the contact form: name, e-mail address, selected topic and message, plus technical data required to protect the form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).

• answering your enquiry and handling correspondence — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
• protecting the website against abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• meeting legal obligations such as accounting if we start working together — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Data is entrusted to the providers this website relies on: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Sanity AS (content management), Resend Inc. (delivery of form messages) and Cloudflare Inc. (anti-spam protection). Some are based outside the EEA; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
